Clinic Host Application

We know that not everyone is able to travel to the Ocala, Florida Campus for horsemanship clinics. To make these programs more widely available, Pat Parelli offers 2- or 3-Day Horsemanship Clinics where we come to you!

Local fans and/or students act as "hosts" using their own facility (or a local facility) that meets the minimum requirements listed below. Hosts are able to enjoy benefits, such as a riding spot in the clinic at no charge as well as other benefits. More than that, they get the satisfaction of knowing they have made it possible for the folks in their area to learn first-hand, the gentle, effective, and practical horsemanship techniques that are the hallmark of Parelli Natural Horsemanship.

Ample Parking Space for Riders/Spectators
Enough Stalls to Accommodate the Rider's Horses
Built-in PA System (or Access to a Temporary PA System)
All-Weather Arena (or a Covered Arena)

How it works

All expenses including food, travel, and facility rental fee, if not owned, will be paid by Parelli. *These expenses must be pre-paid by the host, then will be deducted from gross revenue prior to profit sharing. This ensures that you, as a host, will always be reimbursed fully.
Marketing costs are not considered as automatically reimbursed expenses, unless predetermined and approved by Parelli in writing.
Parelli will utilize its mailing list to advertise the Clinic as well as post it on the main website event calendar at Parelli.com.
Parelli will share the Host's social media marketing post at least once on their social media pages and inside the Parelli Network.
Host receives all proceeds from stall rental(s). Parelli will receive no income for stall rentals.
Rider Fees are $1,000/rider for 2-day clinics or $1,500/rider for 3-day clinics
Auditor/Spectator fees are $100/2-day clinics (or $75/day) or $150/3-day clinics (or $65/day)

Hosts organize, co-market, and provide all logistics and service to attendees for clinics. As a host, you will reap what you sow! The most revenue will come from Spectators. Do the math yourself! Additionally, if there are over 250 pre-sold spectators, Parelli will provide a store/mercantile setup at the venue. *If bleachers and extra seating must be rented, this is considered a reimbursable expense.

NET Revenue (gross revenue minus expenses) will be split between Parelli (80%) and the Host (20%). All revenues will be collected and escrow'd by the host until the close of the event. All of the accounting will be tracked on a shared spreadsheet with Parelli. *Final accounting will be reconciled and payouts issued within three business days after the event completion.
